- How do I know anyone sees it?
- You pick the spot with me before anything is placed. If you can watch people stand there, so can your customers. Screens report locations, hours running, and estimated views every month.
- Can a competitor end up on the same bench?
- No. One advertiser per bench, and no competing trade on a bench nearby. Same rule on screens: no two businesses in the same trade on one screen.
- What if the bench gets hit or tagged?
- That is ours to fix and we fix it. You never get a bill for damage, and you do not lose the time it was down.
- What happens if the property owner pulls the bench?
- You are buying exposure, not one piece of concrete. If a location goes away we move you to a comparable spot at no cost.
- Is there a contract?
- Benches are twelve months, paid up front, and renew on their own. Cancel any time up to thirty days before renewal. Screens are month to month after the first three months.
- How can I pay?
- Bank transfer, check, or cash, with no fee. Credit cards are accepted too, with the card processing fee added. Bank transfer is the easiest: it renews on its own and nobody has to chase a check.
- Can I pay monthly?
- Yes. A standard bench is $99 a month on a twelve-month plan, or $999 paid for the year, which saves you $189. Monthly plans run on automatic bank transfer or card.
- I own a shop. What does a screen cost me?
- Nothing. No equipment fee, no install fee, no monthly fee, no revenue share. Advertisers pay for it. You get final say on every one of them and we pull it out free if you want it gone.
- Do I need a website to advertise?
- No. Plenty of advertisers just want the bench. If you do want a site, it is set up once and run for you.
- Who owns the website?
- Your domain and your content are always yours. The domain is in your name, and your logo, photos, and words stay yours. The site itself is a service I build and run for you. If you ever leave, point your domain anywhere, or buy the site outright at the price in your agreement.
- How are quotes handled?
- Every price is published on this page. Anything outside it is quoted in writing as a fixed price before work starts. No hourly meter.
