Terms

These terms apply when you book a bench or screen placement, or a website, with Well Seen Media ("Well Seen", "we"). By booking, you agree to them.

Bench placements

• Term. Twelve months, paid yearly up front, or monthly on a twelve-month plan.
• Renewal. Placements renew each year automatically. We email a reminder before every renewal. Cancel any time up to 30 days before the renewal date.
• Payment before install. Nothing is installed until the first payment clears.
• If a spot falls through before install, you get a full refund for that spot, or a comparable spot if you prefer.
• Location. You are buying exposure, not one specific piece of concrete. If a location becomes unavailable during your term, we move you to a spot of comparable traffic.
• Exclusivity. One advertiser per bench, and no competing business in your trade on a bench nearby.
• Upkeep. We clean and maintain the bench and repair damage or vandalism at no charge.
• Panel printing is billed to you separately by our sign production partner.

Screen placements

• Term. Billed monthly. A three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
• Rotation. Your spot runs in the rotation at each venue you book. The play frequency shown on our map is an estimate based on the venue's setup and opening hours.
• Exclusivity. No other business in your trade on the same screen.
• Venue approval. Each venue can decline any advertiser for its own screens.

Your artwork

• You confirm you have the right to use everything in the artwork you give us, including logos, photos, and text.
• We may decline or ask you to change artwork that is misleading, offensive, political, adult, or about gambling, or that a venue or property owner will not accept.
• You keep ownership of your artwork. You give us permission to reproduce it for your placements.

Websites

• What you own. Your domain, registered in your name, and all the content you supply.
• What we own. The website itself: its design, code, and build. We host it and run it for you as a service.
• Term. A setup fee, then a monthly service fee with a twelve-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
• If you leave, point your domain anywhere and take your content, or buy the site outright at the price in your agreement.

Payment

• Bank transfer (ACH) has no fee. Credit card payments carry the card processing fee.
• Recurring charges are taken automatically from the payment method on file.
• If a payment fails and is not fixed within 14 days, we may pause your placement until it is.

Limits

We do our best to keep every placement running, but we do not guarantee results, a particular number of views or calls, or uninterrupted service. If we fail to deliver a placement you paid for, our responsibility is limited to refunding the unused part of what you paid for it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. Changes do not affect a term you have already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
