Keep your live TV. Wrap it with your specials. Let local ads pay for it.

The game stays on as the main picture, exactly as it runs now. Around it, a side panel and a bottom ticker carry your specials, events, and branding, with short spots from local businesses that do not compete with you. How it is wired depends on your TVs, and we work that out at the walk-through. No cost to you either way. It also works in any shop with a TV and a wait: barbers, salons, tire shops, laundromats, where it runs as a full-screen loop instead. Starting with a small number of founding locations around Pittsburgh.

About three quarters of the screen

Your live TV, exactly as it is now. Cable, satellite, or streaming, on your own equipment. Sound untouched, and no delay added to the game.

Side panel
About a quarter, left or right

Rotates your specials, menu highlights, happy hour, events, catering, gift cards, hiring, reviews, and social handles, with local ad spots mixed in. Your content gets the larger share.

Bottom ticker
One scrolling line

Tonight's specials, upcoming events, a birthday shout-out, kitchen closing time, weather, scores. Whatever you want guests to read.

Full-screen modes
On a schedule or on request

Big game? The panel shrinks to just the ticker or drops entirely. Between rushes, the whole screen becomes your menu board.

For the venue

What you get

Equipment, install, and ongoing content updates, at no cost. In exchange, roughly a third of the side panel rotation goes to local advertisers you have approved.

  • Your existing TVs keep working

In most cases no new screen is needed. If you want a display in a spot that does not have one, Well Seen supplies and mounts it.

  • Your own business on it, free

Your services, prices, hours, and branding on the screen every day. For a shop that means the price list people ask about anyway.

  • Your own portal

Log in from your phone and change tonight's special, a price, an event, or a shout-out. It is on the screen in seconds. No calling us, no waiting, no app for staff to learn.

  • Or let us do it

Do not want to touch it? Send a photo or a note and it goes in on the weekly update. The portal is there when you want it, not a chore when you do not.

  • Zero cost

No equipment fee, no install fee, no monthly fee. Want it gone? It comes out and everything goes back the way it was.

  • A say in every ad

You approve the categories of advertisers. Nothing goes on your wall that you would be embarrassed by.

Beyond the ads

Reasons to put it up even if nobody advertised.

The ads are how it gets paid for. They are not what it is for. Most of what runs on your screen is yours, and a good chunk of it is there to keep people in their seats and spending.

Sports

The reason people stay for another round instead of checking their phone and leaving.

  • Out-of-town scores

Live scores from every other game running, on the ticker. Your guests stop pulling out their phones to check, and they stop leaving to go somewhere the other game is on.

  • What is on which TV

A quick guide to which game is on which screen, so nobody has to flag down a server to ask.

  • Fantasy and stat lines

Live box scores and player stat lines during the window people care about. This is the single stickiest thing on the screen.

  • Standings and playoff picture

Between games and during timeouts, instead of a blank panel.

  • Tonight and this week

What is on, what time, and which screens. Posted days ahead so people plan to come in for it.

Things that make you money

Every one of these is a reason to put it up even if there were no ads at all.

  • Happy hour countdown

A live timer counting down to last call on the price. Urgency sells drinks, and a clock on the wall does it without a server saying a word.

  • Kitchen closing countdown

Last orders in 30 minutes, on screen. Turns the awkward announcement into an order.

  • Google review prompt

A QR code and a nudge at the right moment. Reviews are the cheapest marketing you own and almost nobody asks for them properly.

  • Dessert and appetizer timing

Promos that surface at the stage of the meal where people actually say yes.

  • Gift cards and catering

Seasonal pushes that run themselves, in front of everyone who already likes your food.

  • Now hiring

Your best hiring pool is the people already sitting in your dining room.

  • Change it in ten seconds

Ran out of the fish? Pull it off the screen from your phone before the next table orders it. That alone pays for the wall space.

Filling the slow nights

The nights that cost you money are the ones nobody knows about.

  • Event promotion

Trivia, karaoke, live music, watch parties. Promoted for a week beforehand to the people most likely to come back for it.

  • Birthday and celebration shout-outs

Names on the screen. People photograph it, post it, and bring the table back.

  • Weather and local headlines

The stuff people check their phones for anyway, kept on your wall instead.

  • Social handles and follows

A follow prompt in front of a room that already likes you beats an ad to strangers.

Live sports data is subject to the provider we license it from, so the exact feeds get confirmed at the walk-through rather than promised here.

House rules

What never happens

  • No competing restaurants, bars, or food delivery services. Ever.
  • No political, adult, or gambling ads. No alcohol ads unless you serve and approve them.
  • You can veto any advertiser at any time, no reason needed.
  • Your live programming is never covered or interrupted.
  • Your content always has the larger share of the panel.
  • Nothing watches your guests. No camera, no microphone, no tracking.
Plain terms

How it is set up

  1. 1A 20-minute walk-through to look at your TVs, cable boxes, power, and Wi-Fi.
  2. 2Install in one visit, usually under an hour per TV, at a time you choose.
  3. 3Your initial content built from your menu, photos, and social media. You review it before it goes live.
  4. 4Live within a week of the walk-through.
  • Twelve-month initial placement so advertisers have some stability.
  • Either side can end it with thirty days' notice after that.
  • Well Seen carries the equipment risk. If it breaks, it gets fixed or replaced.
  • If it is ever in the way, unplug ours and your TV works exactly like it always did. Nothing we add sits in the path of your game feed.
Bench signage

A seat for their customers. A billboard for yours.

Benches placed where people already sit and wait: shopping center entrances, plaza sidewalks, bus stops, busy intersections around Pittsburgh. Well Seen owns the benches, places them, and keeps them up. The back of each one carries a full-color ad panel that a local business rents by the year. The property gets a bench for free. The advertiser gets a sign that works twenty-four hours a day at eye level for every car and every person walking past.

For the property

Host a bench

  • A free bench

Commercial-grade, weather-rated, installed and anchored by Well Seen. Your customers get somewhere to sit.

  • Nothing to maintain

Cleaning, repair, panel changes, and eventual replacement are handled. If it is damaged, it is fixed or removed.

  • A say in the ads

No competitors of your tenants, nothing you would not want at your front door. You can veto any advertiser.

  • Zero cost, easy out

No fee, no lease. Give notice and the bench is gone within thirty days.

For the advertiser

Rent the back of it

  • Twelve months at eye level

Your sign faces the traffic at a spot people pass every day. It does not scroll away and it is never skipped.

  • Sign handled for you

Well Seen coordinates the design file and the print with a local sign shop on weather-rated material. The panel is a one-time charge, quoted before anything is printed, separate from the annual rate.

  • Pick the spot

Choose the bench near your customers: the plaza by your shop, the intersection on the way to the job sites you serve.

  • From $999 a year

One annual rate per bench for the placement, paid to the people who own it. Starts at $999 and goes up for the busiest locations. Plus the sign, once. No agency, no surprise fees. Renew, move to a different bench, or walk away.

How a bench goes in
  1. 1Walk the property and agree on the spot: visible from the road, out of the way of foot traffic and plows.
  2. 2Bench delivered, anchored, and panel installed in one visit.
  3. 3Advertiser's panel designed, proofed, and printed on weather-rated material.
  4. 4Checked on a schedule; cleaned, repaired, or swapped as needed.
