Privacy policy

Well Seen Media sells bench and screen advertising and builds websites for businesses in Greater Pittsburgh. This page explains what information we collect through this site, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

• What you tell us. Your name, business, email, phone, and your answers when you send an inquiry or book a placement.
• Artwork you upload for a bench panel or a screen spot.
• Booking details: the spots you picked, your billing plan, and the consents you gave.
• Basic technical details: your IP address and browser type when you submit a form, used to stop spam and abuse.

We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment provider on their secure checkout.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry and confirm your placements.
• To produce your panel or screen spot, invoice you, and run your placement.
• To send you receipts, renewal notices, and updates about your placements.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anyone else's advertising.

Who we share it with

• Sign production. With your permission at booking, we send your artwork, business name, and contact details to our sign production partner so they can print your bench panel and bill you for it.
• Payments: Zoho (billing and checkout) and the card or bank processor behind it.
• Service providers that run this site for us: hosting and data storage, and our email provider.
• If the law requires it.

Maps and location data

The locations map is provided by HERE, which receives your IP address when the map loads. Neighborhood figures come from the U.S. Census Bureau, traffic counts from PennDOT, and nearby stores from OpenStreetMap. Those services receive only the location of our benches and screens, never anything about you.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie is a login cookie used by Well Seen Media staff on the admin pages.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Inquiries that never became a booking, and artwork for placements that have ended, are deleted on request.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@wellseenmedia.com. We will answer within 30 days.
