What you get
- A commercial-grade bench, weather-rated, installed and anchored by us. Your customers get somewhere to sit.
- Nothing to maintain. Cleaning, repairs, panel changes and eventual replacement are ours. If it gets damaged, we fix it or remove it.
- A say in the ads. Nothing goes up that you would not want at your front door, and no competitors of your tenants. You can veto any advertiser.
- An easy way out. No fee and no lease. Give notice and the bench is gone within thirty days.
What it costs you
Nothing. There is no fee, no lease and no revenue share. Local advertisers pay for the bench by renting the ad panel on it.
The questions owners ask first
Who is liable if someone gets hurt?
Every bench is insured before it goes in, and we name you as additional insured. You get the certificate before install day.
What if I do not like an advertiser?
Then they do not go up. You have final say, in writing.
What if it gets tagged or damaged?
That is ours to fix, and you never get a bill for it.
We do not want people loitering out front.
That is a fair concern at some locations. We can place the bench facing the lot instead of the door, or pick a different spot on the property.
What happens after you say yes
We confirm the exact spot with you and put it in writing on one page: twelve months, free to you, your veto on ads, insurance, and free removal on request. The bench goes in once an advertiser books it.
