Most bench advertising companies make you call to find out the price. We publish ours, so here it is, along with what it includes and what it does not.
A quick note first: Well Seen Media is new. We are signing our first bench locations around Greater Pittsburgh now, so these are the rates the first advertisers will pay.
The three bench rates
Every bench carries one advertiser for twelve months. The price depends on the spot.
- Standard, $999 a year. Laundromats, self-serve car washes, side plazas. Steady foot traffic and people waiting around.
- Premium, $1,299 a year. Grocery and pharmacy entrances, and road frontage with high traffic counts.
- Signature, $1,599 a year. The best single spot in a given town. One per market.
Paying monthly instead
You can spread any bench over twelve monthly payments: $99, $129 or $159 a month. Paying for the year up front saves $189, $249 or $309.
Bank transfer, check and cash carry no fee. Cards are accepted, with the card processing fee added.
What the price includes
- The bench itself, installed and anchored by us
- Cleaning, repairs, and replacing it if it gets damaged
- The spot, held for you alone for the full year
What it does not include
The sign panel. The ad panel on the bench is printed by a local sign shop and billed to you once, separately. It is quoted before anything is printed, so you know the number before you commit to it. After that, the panel stays up for the year at no further cost.
How renewal works
The placement renews each year unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date. You can also move to a different bench at renewal, if one is open.
If a spot falls through
Sometimes a location changes hands before a bench goes in. If a spot you booked falls through before install, you get a full refund for it or a comparable spot, your choice.
Is a bench worth it?
It depends on where your customers already are. A bench outside the grocery store your customers shop at, or on the road to the job sites you serve, is seen every day by the same people, all year. It does not scroll away and nobody skips it.
